Friendly, competent service!
I have gone here for years. On my last visit I noticed a distinct change in attitude there. While in the waiting area I listened to an employee speak rudely to a customer on the phone. Now 2 weeks later I call to see if my glasses are in, I was told very rudely that my order was cancelled, even though my insurance was supposed to cover it. I won't be going back here again.
