I am not satisfied with this Dr. He will not check the insurance co-pay, or believe the patient. Therefore he will overcharge. Then when the insurance tells him the fee he will agree that he overcharged, BUT WILL NOT refund the overcharge. If the treatment doesn't work. He did not try another treatment. Allowed patient to suffer. No bedside manner. However in an emergency he will see make an appointment. The staff was very good at finding a specialist in your plan.

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!

Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was this family doctor friendly? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music
