My mother went to see him for a standard visit, asked him questions, you would ask a doctor, he addressed those questions and did the necessary tests. Next thing you know, that standard visit was upsold, and an unexpected bill was sent to my mother, the new bill was never addressed, during the exam. A week or two later my mother returned on a scheduled routine visit, not for a visit but to obtain the exam results from the previous visit, this was also billed, as a visit, they had refused to give her the results without a vis... read more
Dr. Laguna is thorough, compassionate and extremely knowledgable. I wish that all doctors could be as professional as he is. I HIGHLY recommend him.
