After arriving for a1:20 appointment we were taken back into a room around 1:40 . At around 2:00 the Doctor came in and started talking to him (my 85 year old Dad) about preventive urinary track care when someone knocks on the door. The Doctor apologizes and says he has to take a call from another Doctor and leaves the room .
