I had a doctor's appointment with Dr. Cefalu regarding a simple ear problem and he made sure I genuinely understood how to take care of myself. I have never met a doctor that took his time to understand what I was saying, ask appropriate questions that pertain to my issues, and visually showing me what could be happening inside my ear. I've never had a doctor be so informative and thorough with their actions.
