Dr Camilleri has been my urologist for about 20 years and during this time I have always received the best care. He explains everything in a clear and concise manner and will often call you after hours to follow up or to answer questions. Only issue I have is booking appointments...he is often booked months out which in retrospect tells you what type of Doctor he is.

I had a surgery and was in so much of pain after it. when I called their office the very next day I was told to wait for 4 days for a nurse to call me back.when I said I would like to speak to my doctor his office said doctor is on vacation for next 2 weeks.i definitely understand doctors do need a break but I guess there should be a back up urologist for the 2 weeks while Dr Camilaleri is on vacation. finally I had to go to the ER to get prescription for a stronger pain killer. Dr Camilleri is a kind, competent and patient physician. i have gone to him for over 15 years, and I highly recommend him. (It feels strange to recommend one's physician on the Internet, but I suppose that's today's world.)
Nice enough guy but not very respectful of patients rights and feelings. I wrote a letter of concern to him through his faculty physicians group at Griffin Hospital, no one responded to me at all. What does one think about that? Say what you want but I like satisfaction and closure but got neither. I’m done and will move on.
