I was so nervous and anxious about my appointment. Dr. Bruckner was so kind and compassionate. He walked me through the procedure and checked on me throughout it. He made sure I was comfortable and calm the entire time. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him to everyone.
He’s polite, but would be best for simple root canals. If you have a situation that’s a bit more complex, you’d be best off going elsewhere. It didn’t help that his office staff was exceptionally rude at every visit. Unusually so. And the visits were hurried.
What a professional! He took the time to explain what he was doing and did an unbelievable job. Quick and painless. This is my third root canal with him and they were all great experiences. My dentist says Dr. Bruckner is the best around and the only endodontist he wants his patients to see.
I could not have been happier with Dr. Bruckner's work on my nine-year-old son. He saw us in an emergency and immediately put both my son and myself at ease. He was kind, caring, considerate and quick. He was very informative. He took the time to consult with our other dentist and develop a plan with him for the most successful outcome. The assistant and secretary were most helpful as well.
I also paid $300 for the scan -hope it was worthwhile. Root canal procedure was painless & his manner was considerate. Office staff friendly. Only needed 1 Tylenol pm- next day painfree. Better than 2 prior root canal dentists. Have to trust the scan tho not covered by insurance was necessary.
If I could give him less than a star I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS dentist. I has given a so called scan charged $300 because according to him it's experimental. When I ask for the x-rays of the scan I was told no problem you'll get them, this went on everyday for a week while I was in pain. No dentist should out a patient through this ever.
just an amazing Dr! I don't like dentists but I've had three root canals by Dr Bruckner and they were a breeze! I honestly would not go anywhere else!!
Dr Joseph Brunkner is the real deal. He's the most upfront down to earth talking Doctor I know. His work is impeccable. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and nice. From the waiting room to their dental care its hightech. Its dealing with a small group of hands on people that are top in their field.
Great treatment all around, from the staff to Dr. Bruckner himself. Very impressive office and bedside manner, I am glad I decided to go to him. Pain was gone for good immediately after treatment!
