These guys pulled my audi out from a ditch after clipping a deer.. only waiting 20 mins.. they found me with little directions.. not a scratch on my car. They pulled it out like butter.. I'm very impressed.. worth every penny. Had me on the road probably after first call in 40 mins.. this was at 1158 pm.. was home by 1254.. so I'm very confused about past reviews. 2 guys found me in a ditch. Worked together without a word.. they just knew what to do.. as a Combat Veteran I was impressed.. no talk just got it done
Coming from California to Boston and had a tire blowout on our RV while towing a Jeep We called four places and got prices for $1000-$1300 (Good Sam included) We ended up here and the owner was awesome his brother had us a brand new tire and on the road within an hour and we paid $750! Thank you for the great service!!
Stay away from this place at all costs !! I broke down in my road tractor. I got towed My truck sat in the garage for 2 days. They couldn’t fix it and was charged $2000.00. And I still had to have it towed out of there garage. Ima gonna call the better business bureau. Hopefully they can put them out of business
Old timer but knows his stuff,got me goin quick. I timed it perfectly. 0200 in the am Didn't call the owner then so went to bed got up 3 hrs before my break was up.started mkn calls. Found this guy, really the only even close to where I was. Or I could've said f it went bk to bed and hv a big out travel a couple hrs. Mehhhh f that!!! My decision paid off I was fixed before my break was up😅😅😅
Disagree with the other reviews. Our son blew an engine and was in desperate need of towing. He called his auto club, and no luck for 2 HOURS with their "in network" companies. Then, finally found Mr. Joe Black and he came immediately. The auto club wanted to tow the car to a place that was not qualified to replace the engine. How would that help was beyond us? Mr. Black towed it to his diesel shop and allowed my son to keep the car at his place for a couple of days until we could find a mechanic for his type of vehicle. TAL... read more
