Jose Luis was extremely helpful! His prices are affordable and he makes sure you’re getting everything filed accurately! At first I tried doing my taxes by myself and ofcourse I messed them up, but Jose Luis took the time and help me fix them! I will definitely come back here next year. Thank you Jose!
For some reason, even though business hours are listed as closing at 7pm, this man chased me and my husband out of one spot (out of 3+ he had little makeshift reserved signs in front of) at 9:28pm. We literally just wanted to pick up a to-go order from Chocolate Spot and there were no other spots. So way to come across as a total jerk and cost a new business money.
I've been doing my taxes here for over 6 years and Mr. Jose Luis has always been so professional, kind, friendly but mostly a teacher helping me understand every detail of my taxes. He has helped my mom receive a new ITIN # explained to her the process. We trust Mr. Jose Luis so much he has a big heart. During covid he also helped is understand what the IRS new protocols were and how it will affect our taxes. He goes above and beyond to assist his costumers.
