This firm is truly amazing! Everything from the staff, services provided and support we have received for our business is absolutely incredible. Our family has been going through them for 20+ years and have never been let down or disappointed. Jay, Scott, Randy and everyone else we have worked is very professional and personable catering to our specific needs. Thank you again for all the hard work you do in supporting our family's businesses!
Stay away from this practice. Jeff is literally a zombie, which is why he got our address wrong on our taxes. Because of his error, I still have not received my refund check. I pointed out his error prior to him sending in our taxes, but it was never corrected. I tried discussing this with him, but I got nowhere. No apology, nothing! In addition, he didn't tell me there was a local IRS office to contact. Also, the staff is rude and demeaning. Finally, they are extremely expensive. Go somewhere else for your tax needs.
CPA Scott Johnsen has done my mom's taxes for 3 years. He is excellent, super responsive and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Scott.
