Excellent, locally-owned pharmacy. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, and look out for insurance changes or other factors that might affect the cost of my prescriptions. They deliver AND have drive through, as well as a simple, walk-in facility. Their hours aren’t as convenient as the chains, but manageable since their location is on the way to everything if you’re coming from north Durham. Josef’s Pharmacy in Durham, NC is customer-focused pharmacy with impeccable service. I have always experienced highly professional and pleasant pharmacists and pharmacy techs. When I transferred my prescriptions to them, they filled my prescriptions the same day and notified me that my prescriptions were ready for pick-up. If you are for a pharmacy with a small town feel and exceptional, Josef’s is the place for you.
I’ve never experienced customer service like I have at this pharmacy. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family—not just another prescription.
