The owner is very kind, rooms are clean and the location is perfect if you want a space further away from town, but still close enough to get where you want to be.
Rooms are all month to month rentals. Pretty run down and major black mold issues. Rooms smell like mildew and cigarettes. Ran just like apartments but listed "Motel" to skate local and state laws a Landlord would otherwise have to follow. Good reviews are prior owner and friends. It's a slum.
