I recently took several watches to this shop to have batteries replaced and service done. I spent over $250. It has been the most disappointing experience. In particular, I took my 500M scuba dive watch there to have a battery replaced and pressure tested. I went scuba diving a few days later. They took our grandfather clock to clean and held it for more than a year, then returned it half-broken. Over the next year, we called them half a dozen times to fix it when it would stop or stop chiming. Josef, his son, or both, would troop down, spend 40 minutes working on it, and it would inevitably stop again in a couple weeks. By the 6th time, they wanted to take the clock assembly back to their shop to work on it. I can’t stand these people . I gave them a proper chance twice. They refused to get back to me in a timely manner both times. My bracelet sat there for 3 weeks for no reason whatsoever. If it wasn’t for me checking in multiple times and asking what the deal is - I think conveniently they would let the bracelet sit there for 60 days so they keep it. One of Josef’s associates tried to rip me off for a $300 leather band that has horrible reviews online, being compared to a $50 Amazon strap - while adamantly claiming it’s basica... read more
I resize my watches here, and it’s always excellent service. Marcella took care of us and even showed us the beautiful upstairs area, it was like a little private tour! She was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic. Highly recommend for all your watch and clock needs.
