These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. JOSEF & JOSEPH 4367 N. Federal Hwy Such a Stunning Building that stands out, located on Federal Highway just south of Commercial Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale. Absolutely Beautiful in the evening with "The Lights". I remember long ago when he had the small shop in downtown Ft Lauderdale, my mother was an Estate Liquidator at the time. You'd better have plenty of time and plenty of money to do business here! Repaired watches and clocks for me in past. Two and a half months and still no repairs on two clocks recently dropped off. One clock needed to be repaired from an error they made, and they wanted to charge another $400 to repair it It seems to be a lack of communication from repair to sales desk. Disappointing.

I recently took several watches to this shop to have batteries replaced and service done. I spent over $250. It has been the most disappointing experience. In particular, I took my 500M scuba dive watch there to have a battery replaced and pressure tested. I went scuba diving a few days later. Once I was back at the surface I felt that the back plate on the watch was loose. I took it back to the shop. The watch was still working but I knew there was salt water intrusion.
