Such a disappointing service. I came here not even two years ago with a family heirloom grandfather clock after it stopped running and they told me I would to have everything inside the clock fully renewed and it needed a complete refurbishment. They gave me a price of $780 and while I thought the price was pretty steep, the clock is very meaningful to me and so I went ahead and had Josef and Joseph fix it. Terribly experience and never coming back! When it comes to selling things that's a much easier process it seems like, because I have purchased from them in the past. But when it comes to jewelry repairs, they are expensive without the quality and care of support for the customer! I gave them my gold and onyx pendant to repair and received my pendant back with the center piece being crooked and off-center, and was given a hard time with a back and forth experience just to get it straightened again.
