A great experience throughout the process, Josef really carried me through the process, pretty much step by step sacrificing his time on several occasions, so... to make a long story short , it's hard to trust anyone in this day and time, and Mr. Perez is someone I would have as my mortgage lender anytime, because he was there every move, help was a phone call away!
