Had my hair done by Rita, I asked for a warm tone to my hair. Did consultation and showed multiple photos, ruined my hair for my birthday where I had to get it fixed by another salon by paying another £60. I paid £165 for the service, she made my hair white and aged me by 30 years. I kept showing photos throughout the day and said I don’t want it too ashy and white or anything like that.
