The hair service itself was fine and the salon has good stylists. However, the owner of the salon uses inconsistent payment methods. If you purchase braiding hair (taxable) for your style and pay using her card reader, she suddenly adds a 10% tax to the total hair service (not taxable) that isn’t charged when you pay with Zelle. When I brought this up to the owner and showed receipts from when I paid with Zelle vs. card reader, she was rude, refused to refund me the overcharged amount, and then ghosted me.
