I always tried to be one of the first appointments of the day if not the first appointment of the day and even then he would take an hour if not two hours to get to me just for a 5 minute appointment. The receptionist demanded payments even though they never filed a claim with the insurance, I had to request an itemized bill from billing and still then the payments I made did not reflect. I was a new patient and the first appointment of the day. I was taken to the room by the MA and told to disrobe and put on the paper gown. I had never even met this Dr. and usually it’s been my experience you meet the Dr. with clothes on then asked to change. After putting on the paper dress I was left sitting on the exam table with my feet dangling for an hour. My appointment was at 8:30 and the Dr. didn’t come in till 9:43.
