I had an extremely disappointing experience. The secretaries failed to send in the insurance approval for my D&C, yet still had me come in at 6 am and wait over 7 hours. Instead of taking responsibility, they yelled at us over the phone and canceled the procedure, saying they were “too busy at the office” to send one simple form. Despite us staying calm, we were accused of being disrespectful while the staff raised their voices at us.
