The front office is completely unresponsive. Don’t hold your breath if you’re trying to reach someone for anything urgent — you’ll be waiting forever. They have never answered one of my calls on the first ring. I always end up leaving a voicemail, and it takes hours to get a reply — if I even get one at all. I’ve been a patient here for two years, and sadly, this has always been the case. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If communication and timely support matter to you, look elsewhere.
I do not know where to start ! Dr. Rodriguez is Amazing! Such a wonderful doctor , very caring , respectful to his patients & He knows exactly what his doing ! His hands are wonderful at what he does . Since the moment I went to see his has a first patient , I loved his way of explaining and the time he took with me since the start . He did my procedure and his work was excellent, after he was done he went to my husband to explain everything to him . El 11 de junio fui operada por el Dr. Jose William Rodriguez. Ha sido una experiencia única, desde el primer día que lo conocí me inspiró seguridad y confianza.
