It’s really hard to get a hold The location is clean. The doctor is great but staff is unprofessional just horrible they never in the front , they ignore phone calls or end the calls And after the Doctor, seeing you and giving you instructions to get some documents or to file some paperwork at the front they ignore you the staff or take forever, nurses or assistants or whatever they are just hanging out not putting much attention to what you are saying and messing up documents. The Doctor is a good DR but the staff a huge NO
I can't comment on the doctor because my appointment, which I scheduled through the clinic's website healow, was canceled without my knowledge. I only found out when I arrived at the clinic. They had all my information—email, phone number, health insurance ID number, address, etc.—yet they didn't notify me in advance. I don't even want to see this doctor; if the clinic wasn't careful with a simple consultation, I can't trust them with my health.
