This office left such a bitter distaste due to the unprofessionalism of the From desk staff agent. I needed to have medical records sent over from another clinic and the agent told me she would call and take care of it. I waited my turn to see the doctor and he seemed nice , but clearly unprepared for our visit due to the fact that he still didn't have records at hand.
