He wants to help. He does his best. He's one of the good'ns for sure.
I like him as a Dr. however he has staffing issues. Can't get through even to make appts, never get a call back about anything, and are extremely rude. Lost 2 patients today over it!
Terrible. They don't get your prescriptions right. They don't listen. Staff is terrible and rude 100%would not recommend!!!!!!
Tovar is very rude, he doesn't listen to the patient or the caretaker and wants to put blame on the patient and caretaker instead of excepting his own flaws.
Dr Tovar is great! He was able to get my mom off of a lot of unnecessary meds that other docs kept piling up. He really cares about the health and well being of his patients and the community.
