Worse costumer service today the guy in the front desk name Ray is always with an attitude i tried to talk to him about something that was happening with my insurance and he was totally disrespectful and i found out that this is not the first time that he give that attitude there's comments in here that he just very rude and incompetent and yes!! If I can would put zero stars , my mom is 64 she called since yesterday if she could get seen today at there office they said yes my mom got there around 8:30 am she was there waiting to get seen the power went out front desk told her to go to secondary office which is in tweedy and California and that she will call to let them know what happen and for her to get seen , I took my mom to secondary location where there front desk accused my mom of lying that the power went out and denied treatment to my mother. Best employees are so caring and helpful. The doctor takes his time and gives you the right care you need. Some people get mad at employees but they don't understand how the whole insurance thing works. If you don't like the care don't get ugly with the employees is not there fault they only work there they follow the protocols is all like any other doctor office. But for sure hands down best care .
