Dr Jose Toro did an excellent job on my broken upper arm. I am 12 weeks post op and I am almost at full range of motion. I needed an implant and a cadaver bone. You can do all the OT but if the surgery was not successful you will not have full range of motion. I am also 63 yrs old and was very concerned about my recovery. I would absolutely recommend Dr Toro for orthopedic surgeries. He did great by me and I’m very thankful.
