As usual, it’s always been a pleasure to visit Dr. Ayala! I’m fortunate to have him as my personal physician. He listens to me attentively because he is genuinely concerned about my health. The rest of the office staff is great. My visits to Village Medical are always pleasant.
Dr. Ayala was very disappointing. I understand why his privileges were removed from him to go to Sierra. He acted like a child on a phone call i had with him. He has been prescribing me xanax for 7 yrs. Because of a nurse thats my daughter called with her opinion, he did not have enough professionalism to talk to me , and i am the patient. He took her word because shes mad at her mom, took me off a medication, i should not have just been taken off of, if he was professional, he would have called and ask me what happened. Dr. Ayala is very respectful, attentive answer my questions, very informed of places to go get tests done. All the staff is super nice!
