It's been over a month since I went to my appointment, I have some altered values and they still haven't contacted me. I've tried to contact Dr. Rivas's assistant and it's impossible!!

Dr. Revis, I think the main problem is his front office, I waited 40 mins past my appointment time before I had to leave and when I called to reschedule they said it was my fault for canceling the appointment. What logic is that. The room was empty and they could not provide me a time when I would see the doctor. This happened on my first visit to him as well. After trying to schedule a visit they only offered an appointment for 2025, so I found a new provider. Stay away until his front office gets it together.
Why doesn't Dr Rivas sign off on FMLA docs? My parents became ill and cannot care for themselves. I'm taking care of them until they move into AL and I cannot get FMLA docs signed to support my time off work. Unbelievable.
Several staff members struggle to listen and come across as incompetent. They do not listen to anything you say even the third time and then argue with you even though they made the error. It will take two weeks to print and mail lab orders? Very frustrating. Dr. Rivas is an excellent physician but communication here is a serious issue.
