I’m at the MRI location and so far it’s been unpleasant. I’m already nervous as is, coming to an MRI. Staff is not friendly/helpful, place is dirty, parking isn’t available so you have to find parking near by if lucky. And if you arrive 19 prior to your appt they’ll move you 20 min more from your scheduled appt. This location can improve greatly if they change their demeanor towards patient.
Bad front desk service!!! That put you on hold for more than 10 minutes!!! It took me an hour to make an appointment
