Dr Jose r. Peña has been my Primary Doctor for the last five years, he has taken GREAT care of me during all this time, He is one of a few Doctors that really care for the Patience Health Care.He has been on contact with me when I have need his professional assistance.
He’s always done me right since the day I went to his office. No complaints here.
I have many difficulties and Dr. Pena has sent me to wonderful specialists. He really hears my symptoms and takes me seriously.
Dr. PEÑA'S STAFF IS NOT EFFICIENT, DON'T ASK THEM FOR ANY INFORMATION BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET IT, THE ONLY THING THEY DO KNOW HOW TO DO IS APOLOGIZE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE. DR. PEÑA HIMSELF HAS NEVER ONCE RETURNED ANY CALLS WITH ANY OF OUR CONCERNS AND HAS BEEN BLATANTLY RUDE TO US IN PERSON.APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN IGNORED DUE TO HIS FREQUENT VACATIONS AND NO ATTEMPT OF CANCELLATION FROM HIS STAFF WHATSOEVER HAVE BEEN MADE. ISSUES ARE LEFT UNRESOLVED AS THERE ARE NEVER FOLLOW UPS. (BAD RECOMEND)
HIs office manager is a very mean and unprofessional person. Because of her not providing an appt. I ended up in the hospital for one week. Before I was admitted to the hospital I called three times to request an appt. and she just said the doctor was sick or on vacation. I asked for an alternative or covering MD and she said there was no one available. We submitted a grievance about a year ago directly to the doctor and still waiting response.
