am writing to formally express my deep concerns regarding the unprofessional and unethical conduct I experienced at this medical office. During a recent visit, my 95-year-old grandmother was treated with an alarming lack of compassion and care, prompting me to file a complaint with the office regarding her treatment. Office staff is terrible, not doing referrals for specialists, when an emergency visit had requested that at an urgent care visit immediately. . I am still waiting ( after 3 days requests) for the referral from their office to be sent to an orthopedic surgeon. Chances are I will loose the mobility of one finger ( or more) on my hand because injury will move to the bone, and nothing as far as minor surgery can be done further. .
