Dr. Machain is always professional, courteous, thorough and a very pleasant gentleman. My first time i met him was when he introduced himself as the doctor who would be performing my colonoscopy. Even with that short introduction I felt his confidence and professionalism and was immediately put at ease. Years later, now, I still feel the same way. My visit to Dr. Machain was a very helpful and positive experience. His office and medical staff were very efficient. Additionally, when an appointment cancellation occurred, I was notified and was easily able to move my appointment. Dr. Machain asks insightful questions that address my concerns. He carefully explains his recommendations and encouraged me to reach out with any concerns that might arise. I feel like I was both heard and supported.
It Was A 1st Time Experience For Me Talking With My Doctor By Video Answered All My Questions That Was Cool, Since My Car Accident In November I Was Unable To Go Anywhere Because Of The Damaged My Vehicle Sustained Therefore A Video Call Was Perfect For Me
