The doctor is kind and patient. Medical assistant, not so much.
Dr Machain was very thorough and professional. As an allied healthcare worker familiar with inpatient/outpatient procedures, I felt safe and cared for. The staff was great from consult, to pre-op, until discharge. I would definitely recommend this practice for your GI needs.

Office staff and doctor were all very welcoming, courteous and professional. Doctor actually helped me understand results from a recent hospital stay that wasn’t explained to me at the hospital by the hospital physician or nurse. I’m very pleased with Dr. Machain Palacio.
