It had been 2 years since I saw Dr. Ruiz due to not accepting my insurance anymore. I didn't want to change doctors due to Dr. Ruiz being the best, kind and caring and professional doctor that he is. So I decided to try one more time to see if now took my insurance. Yes, the girl kindly told me and scheduled me. I was so happy cause it's hard to find a caring and listens to patients doctor. God Bless Dr. Ruiz for his professional and kindness.
