Worst patient/customer service. Unreliable. Very difficult to get a hold of anyone. When you call their office, very very very rarely someone will pick up, and you have no choice but to just leave a message. No one calls you back also for a very very very long time. I think their receptionist and medical assistant might be the problem.
I saw Dr. Lira in approximately 2017. He seemed to be a good doctor. Due to increased asthma issues, I attempted to make an appointment with him in 2024. I was told even though I have a PPO, I needed a referral. I received a referral from an ENT, and again attempted to make an appointment. Reception does not answer the phone. At all.
