Well I give the 3 stars for the great communication from the beginning to a few days after I got my car. And that Johnny is also very knowledge and informative about the insurance companies. The only reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars is because after a few days I noticed some panels that were replaced kept popping off, my hood is little crooked and the headlight that was replaced isn't in properly. That light casts a shadow and is lower than the original. I was told that someone would come by to replace some kind of liner... read more

What a great experience I had dealing with Leiva's Collision LLC!! They were extremely professional, and communication was excellent. The day of my accident they assisted me with step-by-step process & was able to take my vehicle same day. There was no lack of communication between them & my insurance company. They kept their word along with providing excellent service. Will most definitely use them in the future.
