Well I give the 3 stars for the great communication from the beginning to a few days after I got my car. And that Johnny is also very knowledge and informative about the insurance companies. The only reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars is because after a few days I noticed some panels that were replaced kept popping off, my hood is little crooked and the headlight that was replaced isn't in properly.
