The doctor is knowledgeable, but has cancelled my follow up appointments several times. Each time, I am told he had an emergency and that the nurse practitioner will see you instead. Please also note, they informed me of the change less than a hour before my appointment.My appointment was with the DOCTOR, not the nurse practitioner. I am very unhappy with their consistent cancelling of appointments. I cannot recommend a doctor's office who doesn't care about their patients. am so happy to be taken care of at gastroenterologist of Westchester. I love the staff hereThey are so kind since and friendly. Dr Lantin, The anesthesiologist, Nurse Angela, Nurse Neenu and Nurse Sharon are absolutely spectacular and caring. I love this experience and environment..I did an colonoscopy, and twice endoscopy..I love the staff. God bless you all
Long wait time. Pathetic billing service. Please be careful how and what you are paying them. I had awful experience with them. Wrong biliing and over billing . Most frustrating part is that they owe me the money but they send the bill to collection agency and I had to deal with them.After being confronted with the insurance they agreed that they owe me the money but made a new charge “ location service” Called them several times but I didn’t receive my money back yet.I am never going to this awful place again .
