I did not have a good experience with Dr. Mattos. My appointment was for 1pm and at 3:45 I decided to leave because I was done patiently waiting for him. I ran into him in the hallway and he asked me to return to the room. He did not pay a bit of attention to why I actually came to see him, he stuck a scope up my nose that lasted maybe 30 to 45 seconds and I was charged $2000. Dr. Matos is professional, caring, and precise. He took time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely confident in his care, which provided much needed relief. Insisted on treating me for acid reflux instead of the sinus cyst needing to be addressed. .
Dr Mattos performed a very small and quick procedure on my nose and then I was charged $2,000 for it when him and his team made it sound like it was such a quick thing that I wouldn’t even be charged. I had to pay $2,000 for 10 seconds of their time. Truly awful, you should avoid them.
