Horrible, this agent is useless. He ignores calls, deliberately sabotages claims, and will always do what’s right for State Farm financials. He also has a close relationship with the claims department and talks behind his own clients backs. A spineless agent who does not live up to State Farm’s values. He hides behind his e-mails and harasses his own clients.

Very disappointed with how unprofessionally my claim was handled. The liability determination ignored clear physical evidence and was explained with vague reasoning rather than objective analysis. As a policyholder, I expected transparency and professionalism — neither was demonstrated. I would strongly advise others to ensure their claims are thoroughly and fairly reviewed. I would highly advise against doing business with this agency
