Fast knowledgeable courteous service provided by State Farm Jose Herrera’s office Vivian’s customer care is outstanding!
We worked with Jose for the past 3 years for our homeowners and auto insurance, and highly recommend him. He was always super friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, he was quick to help and made the process easy. More recently, as we have been planning to move to an area where he is not licensed to provide coverage, he still took the time to give us thoughtful advice on our next steps and made sure we were well taken care of. All that to say, we cannot recommend Jose enough!
