After waiting many months for an appointment at 8AM they call me up a week before and try and change the appointment to a different day and time, OF COURSE ITS AN INCONVIENCE FOR ME AND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM FOR NOT MAKING IT THE SAME TIME ON A DIFFERENT DAY IS TERRIBLE. WHAT DO THEY CARE RIGHT?
