Staff is unsympathetic to any problem you may express. They do NOT return calls. They block any request to speak with the doctor. I was so frustrated with them I changed doctors.

I would never recommend Dr. King. His office staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, and unorganized. I was always in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes. I agree with all of the comments below, he is forgetful, rude and acts like he has no time to see you. Twice now he has "forgot" to put something on my labs to get tested for- so I had to go through 3 stool samples just because he was too stupid to put it on there. Dr. Palmer is amazing. he is professional and more importantly treats you like a person not a just another patient. he goes above and beyond making one feel better. His staff is now on point and helpful.
Great doctor who cares and knows his profession. Is very knowledgeable in his field.
