this is my first time in this center and my experience was amazing
I arrived early and about 1/2 hour from my appointment time, I went to the receptionist. The girl was very helpful and courteous and took care of my already pre-completed documents in an expeditious manner. There were updates to be made and she handled them quickly. The lady conducting the pre-procedure interview was very pleasant and did all she could to make me relax and feel at ease. Dr. Ferrer is very professional and empathic. He is knowledgeable & it was evident that he had my best interest in mind when giving me recommendations.
Everyone was so kind and respectful. Made me feel very well taken care of.
Excellent doctor and staff, I would recommend this doctor to all my family and friends
The doctor was short, dismissive and rude. Stated that "worst than an ignorant patient is a misinformed patient" then pointed to my mother and I. I did not feel taken care of, or attended to. When asked about my symptoms and how long they would last, Dr. Ferrer stated, "it'll go away when it goes away." When asked what I could eat, Dr. Ferrer stated, "eat what you like, if it makes you feel bad then stop." Save time and see someone else. It was a terrible experience for me!
