Dr. Szumstein performed a colorectal procedure, beautifully executed. The doctor is top notch, and I was happy of my decision to choose him. He was able to do a laparoscopic procedure, which has allowed me faster recovery time, and comfort. Thanks, Dr Szumstein.
I have been a patient to Dr. Dickstein for over a decade, and I am very satisfied with his service. Was just on the phone to place an order for Ostomy Supplies, was on hold for 32min, and was hung up on. I had called on Jan 11 2022 and got a recording saying to leave a message and they would call back. That never happened. Was also told in the recording to call back on Thursday (which is today) or Friday for a better chance to speak with the office. This situation does not seem like a very professional situation. Dr. Szomstein seemed in a rush and didn’t relay information on my condition
I had three colon rectal surgeries in 2020 with Dr. Marcos Szomstein. He was an awful surgeon. I almost die on the last surgery because I stopped breathing because during the procedure he and the anesthesiologist gave me to much anesthesia. He didn’t even had the ethics to go visit me in the recovering room neither he called my family members that were waiting for me for many hours.
