Last year dealt with some random passing out at work and blamed marijuana instead of testing me. Just went in for my throat been at a level 8 pain told its basically nothing and should take cold remedies and drink water and thats it. It clearly isnt nothing when there's a lot of pain, I feel like a joke when I am at this clinic I dont feel like the doctors even care
Barely checked my 4yro out for an ear infection and sinus infection would not test for anything though I request. She ended up with a 105 temp that night with Motrin and Tylenol. Called and they just said well we weren’t there… bring her in again.., so another charge… this isn’t the first time with him. Beartooth clinic/hospital is going to lose our business!! Other Dr are great but what happens when Dr Ortiz is the only doctor!! We will go to St Vincent. (Given him more than one chance) he awful!!
