Poor visit. Dr Erbella was short. Nasty and mad that I did not return to him prior. When my regular physician sent me to Baycare Dr. Very disappointed. Not a professional way for a physician to act. My husband was extremely upset the way I was treated. He was with me during the visit. Will not return. No referral sent by Erbella as promised.
Nice environment and friendly staff.
First of all, the office was very nice, clean and neat. Receptionist was very pleasant, as was the nurse. Dr. Erbella has a nice face (I read faces) and he was very informative about everything. His assistant Jill was also helpful. I feel very comfortable with him doing my surgery
