They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable.
