Had back surgery on Thursday back in surgery one later to correct setting of screw. This surgery left me paralyzed and crippled. I am walking with assistance from a cane. Unable to walk for a long time. Life was changed forever. When do you walk into a hospital and can’t walk out? Bitter? You bet I am!
Dr Dones, 5 stars... Though the over all experience was between 2-3 stars in the office. Line out the door, more patients than seats only one very busy receptionist... We were not see during our appointment time, at least one hour late. Seemed very rushed like an assembly line, I was not in a wheelchair so felt with little quality time with the doctor. I felt like we were not the focus nor priority.
