Dr. Chavez is excellent but his staff is the opposite. I haven't seen a more manipulative office. If you have a refund to be issued after your insurance processes the claim you'll not get it. First, they'll direct you to a billing department which will confirm that you are owed a refund. Then they'll inform the office where you went for a visit to give you a refund. Dr. Chavez been my Dr. for years. He's my favorite doctor he's kind. He's considerate. He listens to what you have to say you couldn't ask for a better doctor that's why I keep coming back. Thank God, I have him, thank you. For all the years , taking care of me
Dr. Chavez was my er dr. In 2017. Saved my life, got me home during a critical time in my family. Now almost 10 yrs later, he's still the best!! I trust him completely!
