I went to Dr Flores with terribly swollen and painful tonsils, aches, and a severe headache. I was examined by a med student with no supervision. He used the same probe for my nose and ear without changing the tip and wasted my time asking every question I had just answered on forms. He had no notes or forms with him for the exam. What's far worse, Dr. Flores NEVER examined me and did not even take the advice of the student who did. The student told me he would do a flu test. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
