Dirty...blood on the floor...the nurse doesn’t wear gloves when they draw your blood. She also cleaned the blood on the floor with her barehand with wipes. The doctor is occupied with other patient records although he is in the office with you. No follow up calls for test result. Always need you to make an appointment to answer any questions or to go over the result. And he repeats the same thing from the previous visit—waste of time and money.
