This place never answers the phone ~ nobody is ever in the store. So, when they tell you they were busy; they're lying! I've been in the Metairie store many of times ~ and I'm the only person, WHY DONT YALL GIVE BETTER SERVICE TO LOYAL CUSTOMERS???????

My husband decided to check this place out to buy a birthday present for me, and I'm so glad he did! He chose a heart necklace with a pearl in it, along with matching earrings. So gorgeous! I have very short hair and don't normally wear larger dangly earrings, so he called to asked if we could exchange for something else.
