My 2018 Subaru started shaking and a check engine light turn on. I called Jose and he fit me in the next morning. He was able to diagnose that it was my coil on cylinder 5 and gave me fair pricing for repair. I was good to go by that afternoon! He was very communicative throughout the process which I really appreciate. And he was the only one who could fit me in while all other shops were telling me Thursday at the soonest! Most importantly, he didn’t try to sell me on some tune up service.
We were visiting Columbus for the weekend when our 2011 Scion xB started making a loud whirring noise. Jose diagnosed it within minutes. He spun the water pump by hand and immediately identified the issue. What happened next is the part that really stood out. He pulled the pump, drove to the parts store himself, and discovered that the replacement they sold him was the wrong housing shape. I asked him to put on some shocks on my truck and he told me he doesn't do that and to put them on myself. Very rude! I will not recommend them at all.
Fixed my car, and it didn't cost a fortune.
