The son Jose Martinez jr, accepted money for repairs. Repairs never happened. Asked for money back, Jose jr kept texting and telling me excuses for 6 weeks. Found out they're getting evicted for nonpayment of rent. Went up there to find out about my refund... Jose jr told me he wasn't going to pay me, and then pointed a gun at me.
Great communication excellent service Drop my outback off to get the front end change and got it back better than it came in .They even did a walkthrough of the whole vehicle with me to make sure my car left feeling brand new
This shop is absolutely amazing. When I pulled up they immediately came out to greet me, after telling them what my issue was they quickly checked out my car and proceeded to tell me what I needed to do in order to get it fixed. They were transparent in pricing as well so nothing will catch you by surprise here. It was quick, simple, and no hassle at all. 10/10 would recommend don’t waste your time with other shops!
