VERY BAD Doctor, Patient Communication!!!!! Dr. Perez is a nice,, patient doctor who listens, but then orders Testing. When the Results Come Back, they Don't Call or Share With the Patient! Prescriptions for PILLS and TESTING IS ALL YOU GET!! WAIT, it Gets Even BETTER, OLGA WILL Order Tests WITHOUT Consulting With the Patient!! She IS as INCOMPETENT as They Come !!!!
Primero quiero decir que aprecio y respeto muchísimo el trabajo del doctor, hasta el momento nunca tuve una queja, pero en estos momentos es terrible tener que ir o llamar a la clínica por el pésimo trato de la recepcionista, en primer lugar no tiene conocimiento de cómo hacer su trabajo, y es una falta de respeto y grosera, y es imposible lograr hablar con el doctor para dar la queja porque ella no lo permite, espero que el doctor vea estos comentarios y le dé solución a la incomodidad de sus pascientes, porque es penoso ca... read more
I AM NOT HAPPY at ALL with THIS OFFICE!!! OLGA ORDERED Cologuard WITHOUT DISCUSSING this Test with ME!! IM the PATIENT!! I HAVE the RIGHT to BE INFORMED AND to MAKE DECISIONS on MY BEHALF!! THIS goes AGAINST the Patient Rights Act and Violates the Hippocratic Oath!! There's WAY MORE WRONG HERE THAN RIGHT !! EXACT Sciences WILL HARASS You to Take this Test!! This Was ALL CAUSED BY OLGA !!!!!!!!! She HAS NO CONSIDERATION for the PATIENT !!!!
This office is all about money not patients,haven’t helped any of my medical issues,just wants more money and keeps prescribing me meds that cost more money and that aren’t doing anything to help but won’t talk to me unless I pay more money.would not recommend!!
